Ali has over 20 years of international market research experience, having started his career at The Research Business International (UK) before becoming one of the founding directors of Spinach, a boutique international qualitative agency in London. He also spent time at Greenberg Brand Strategy (now Material+). Ali, a qualitative research specialist and practitioner, founded his consultancy Droplet in 2007 and focuses on both U.S. and international markets. He works across a variety of sectors with consumer and B2B audiences.

With a passion that exists at the intersection of human experience and commerce, she’s a customer experience expert who has been working with business owners on fine-tuning their operations and CX strategy for over a decade. This operational prowess led to her co-founding Coast and Valley — a wine bar + restaurant in Brooklyn, New York that has garnered countless honors, including recognition from Michelin.

Renato leads his own quantitative practice, STRATEGENCE, and brings more than 30 years of experience in international marketing research across a variety of industries. Early in his career, Renato was a research and data translator trained in data science and predictive analytics, including artificial intelligence (AI), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)/text analytics, data visualization, agile and waterfall methods. He has software proficiency in R, Python, SAS, SQL, SPSS, and Tableau.

Tracey brings 25+ years of copy editing, market research, and project management expertise, and she ensures that the Pebble team produces top-quality surveys and reports. After earning her B.A. in English at UC Santa Barbara, Tracey served as senior editor at Allianz Global Investors, then as editor and consumer insights manager at QuestResearch Group. Tracey also consults for authors as a book editor.
